We’re always looking at how we can deliver a better service at a lower price, and we’ve discovered a major element of our service costs for support was not in doing the tasks but in the quoting, invoicing and payment collection. So to make it a better deal for everyone we’ve introduced Support Pre-Pay. To assist you in maximising your web dollar, you can select from the following Support Pre-Pay options:

| Pre Pay 5 Hours | 5 – 50 hours 25% discount $150 per hour |
| Pre Pay 50 Hours | 50+ hours 50% discount $100 per hour |
All support services must be pre paid. To order your Support Pre-Pay units, select the number of hours from the list below, complete the form and in the time it has taken you to do that, you've been able to save up to 50% of your web support costs and reduce a huge amount of running around.
