New Thinking
Stuffing Up At The Speed of Thought!
It could be said that a child doesn't learn to walk, in fact, the child learns to not stumble while upright and moving forward. As children we take it for granted that early steps will involve a series of stumbles, lurches, even the odd belly whack.
The internet is young, however there is a strong level of denial that it too will cause a series of lurching, stumbling and even having the odd belly whack.
As levels of skill increase and the speed of thought enters our life our business behaviour becomes more akin to that of an elite sports person. In the sporting world the elimination rounds sort out the leaders from the also-rans. During the finals it's often the survivor with the lower level of unforced errors that wins the grand slam.
As a business person you must understand the unforced errors of the business world - those endeavours where the execution results in a step backwards not a step forward.
