Another factor is our focus on customer experience. What are the customers experiencing when they use a site we have built? We constantly monitor site performance and address any areas where improvements could be made to the efficiency and/or content of the site from a user viewpoint.
Finally, in an era of the dot.com boom, we chose to take a conservative approach to company growth, along with stringent financial management. We did not attempt to float the company on the Stock Exchange, opting for expansion based on retained earnings. While this low gearing has meant slow growth, it has also ensured consistent growth, staff stability and a strong client base.
